Pricing & FAQ
How much?
$25-60 (sliding scale) per class.
Many SF studios charge $35 for a regular class. Our classes are 90 minutes, with live harp music and cookies. And you get to be naked!
We’re grateful for whatever you can contribute.
Discount Code?
Yup. Just ask.
Should I bring my own mat?
Yes. We provide blocks, straps, bolsters and towels.
The Boner Question
Boners are beautiful! It's cool.
But this isn't a sexual gathering.
No stroking or poking.
Safety First
Injuries are possible. You are responsible for knowing your abilities and protecting your body.
If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before practicing yoga.
If you've never done a posture before, sit it out, watch others, ask for help, and then try it when you're ready.
Consent is key. We aim to keep our classes non-sexual. But we do invite naked hugs and partner postures.
We cannot control the behavior of every student, so you are responsible for saying “no” to anything that makes you uncomfortable. If it persists, let your teacher know.
And make sure you obtain consent before touching someone too.

Waiver
By participating, you agree to hold us and our teachers harmless and not to sue us in connection with the yoga classes.
You also agree to hold harmless and not to sue any co-teachers or the owners of any studio or other place that may host a yoga class, including AstaYoga.
